Hey Cedric
My mate Gary (a marshal at many events from small to WSB) has informed me that this weekend at Ty Groes the racing includes the Honda 90cc endurance race - it is meant to be a real laugh
It might be worth a laugh as you are on the island

Nice hike to the Bridestones, especially if you're carrying a rucksack full of climbing kit...
....but that's a while ago now.
Hull? We got off the ferry on Monday last and was surprised at the new buildings that are along the A63 at the centre's edge, very smart.
They hide the past and make Hull look as though somethings actually been done to improve things.

I've got a theory that the problem is the name, in that a) it's wrong and b) it's mispronounced.
So you get a place called 'Ull, which makes it sound dUll.
Whereas if you use it's Sunday name of Kingston Upon Hull it sounds quite regal!

This isn't exactly pointless - but
Tomorrow I fly to Dublin for a few days and the following Wednesday I'm off to New York - visiting the PhotoMonk for a fortnight - then back to Dublin and finally home !!
This is going to be fun
