Thank you all for the good wishes. Had a really nice lunch in the Fox and Rabbit, on the road to Pickering, and had a half pint of Yorkshire's Finest, Stella Artios

I'm off booze.
I'm trying to reduce my calorie intake, and booze is just packed with them.

That said I did have a very nice cider the other night. His Nibs brought it back for me from a mates night out in Amsterdam. He's even offered to take me to the pub where he bought it.

It does remind me iof a text-message conversation of a couple I know, whilst he was in Amsterdam on a layover returning from Russia:

"So what are you up to?"
"Just a spot of window shopping!"
"You're a w****r!"
"Not in this town!"

Funnily enough, the one thing which is going to be noticeably better is the camera!

Shake reduction built in. Whatever will they think of next?

She looks the bees knees now ..HG very well done ..never owned a Yamaha but in the 70s when I had a BSA ..a buddy had a 650 and some times we swapped, and it handled very well and was much much faster than my old ex British Army Fireservice BSA ....sadly I wrote that off (the Beesa) with the help of a guy who was in a Ford Granada trying to do a U turn on the West Way in London ..... ouch... that hurt and put me off bikes for a bit ....jeff...
