If you're making pizzas then get one of those clam shell pizza ovens. They are 50 quid well spent. If you make your own base they come out thin, crisp and able to be held without flopping about, the real deal. No deep crust crap though - well OK you can use the attachment to do deep crust if that's what you want. You can also do Naan and wraps in them. These Australians do some things just so well.
