Hallingbury Graveyard Taken last year or year before I believe converted to B/W and boosted contrast etc to get shadows

Emma,

Increasing the blacks (or the contrast) a little in the first may give it a little more punch?

The second would be even better had it been taken closer to the ground, with a wider aperture / more shallow DoF. It would have given the headstones more impact, and thrown the hedge at rear out of focus (which would also have assisted with the impact). Just my 2 bobs worth...

Quite like the bright dreamy look of the first, but the gravestones shot is great, they look like they're marching in file or something like that
