Extension tubes are never autofocus.

I had a set of Soligor AF tubes that were definitely AF with screw drive lenses.
I didn't get on with them though and sold them - at a profit what's more .

They're no doubt referring to the Pentax AF mount. Unfortunately they mean 'A' mount which allows the lens to transmit the aperture information to the camera and assists with auto exposure.
These tubes don't have the power contacts for SDM AF. Since the contacts were originally designed for the short lived 'power zoom' nobody could foresee their use for AF. You can now buy tubes with the contacts and they do work with SDM lenses. Ironically Kenko are the most commonly found ones.

If you got these at a reasonable price I wouldn't despair - extension tubes for Pentax that allow exposure control from the camera body are quite expensive and autofocus is of limited use at very close/macro distances in any case.

When new, the Kenko tubes would sell for about £90.00. I bought my set for £35.00 having tried many others, these are the best in my opinion.
AF for close macro work is often more of a hindrance than a benefit. I never use AF for macro.
You have a good set of tubes, enjoy them in manual focus.

If you want AF, which isn't much use with macros... use a macro lens
Tubes with the 'A' contacts usually sell for £60-£70 on ebay

They are like gold-dust - Kenko don't make then anymore for Pentax, and the last price when new was somewhere upwards of £120! Enjoy using them - as others have said Af isn't much use for such macro anywayYou have a good set of tubes, enjoy them in manual focus.
