I bought an MTL9351B with a 1302 ballhead a while back and have found it to be a good solid versatile tripod,
Nobody is perfect, but being Scottish is a start

Thanks Guys, I can't seem to find a local shop that has one in stock yet. Some good deals available on-line but I'd like to see one up close before I buy.
