ACDSee For Windows 7 64-bit

I've just upgraded my XP PC to a new Windows 7 64-bit PC and can now no longer install the ACDSee version that came with my Optio 750Z. Have been looking around for a new version and possibly found a version 3 that is compatible with Windows 7. Does any one know where I can download this 'free' without having to 'sign up' to do the download. I know that the Pentax version is relatively basic, but I do like the download feature that allows the renaming of the picture files as they are taken off the camera.

Any help or advice most appreciated.
