It is sometimes helpful, and always interesting, to know where in the world you might be.

We don't need a full street address and post code, just a town, county, or even just country will do.

Although it's optional, I agree that it is interesting and it does help to tailor a reply according to where people are based.

There's no point telling someone in Australia all about a nice little camera shop in England, well, not generally anyway.

Actually,I would be very surprised if any of you guys in the old world would stop at my place for a coffee. It is a long swim!!!!

We nearly decided on Canada for our hols this year, but the Looney is not as good value as the US dollar so we opted for the US. Maybe next year
