Intro2020 Tremendous Service

I would just like to sing the praises of Intro2020, as you may be aware they are the UK importer of Pentax and amongst other things Velbon Tripods.

I damaged my Tripod Head last Sunday, knocking it over and breaking the locking lever for the quick release plate , I contacted Intro on Monday to enquire over spare parts, I recieved an email back the same day offering to send me the replacement part free of charge, I also recieved a further mail confirming the part had been dispatched. I got it through the post today (thursday).

All I can say is top marks to Velbon and Intro2020.

Though I don't know Intro2020 as they are not over here in the Netherlands it is always wery good to hear a company taking that extra mile in keeping customers happy. Now if only..........some others would take an example to Intro. Maybe they should be mentioned in the Sticky above this topic.

thats pretty good. When I got my K10D last year I ordered it from Campkins in Cambridge, who in turn got it from Intro. It arrived 2 days before they said it would. That's pretty good in my book.

Its good too see some companies still believe in building good customer relations, not enough of it goes on nowadays

I did consider putting this in the sticky but as far as I am aware intro are only importers and not retailers.

Considering the prices you pay for photographic equipment on the old continent, it seems to me that it is just normal to get that kind of service. If the equipment was heavily discounted, then I would be amazed! I'm glad for you anyway!
