I enjoyed this set of images - well done. I presume you are visiting a church a week? Are all of the interiors HDR/exposure blending? If so they are successful as far as I am concerned as I try and use exposure blending such that a casual observer would not know! My ongoing project is to visit and record the cathedrals of England, whilst enjoying the cities where they are sited. Of the exterior images, I am intrigued by the chest tombs in the graveyard.

A pretty solid set. I prefer the less overtly HDR shots.
Best wishes,
Andrew

thanks for the comments. you are correct Peter a project 52 using the interiors but there is always more than just that. all these were HDR except the Bellcote and the pages about the window. i usually bracket all the shots then sort out afterwards which will get HDR processing and which will not depending on the look i want, the thing i like about these little Churches is that i am on my own so do not have to wait for people to get out of the way also i can move things that are out of context to the place, usually electric heaters and fire extinguishers but always put them back. the ones i am lest fond of is where the pews have been removed and they use chairs but at least the communities are still using them. off to one this week that looks as though it is stripped of all seating. the other thing is all the snippets of information you find out about them. had one a few weeks back where as well as the Church being a listed building so were the chest tombs, another had very ornate floor to ceiling tombs , they never fail to surprise me.
Andrew, i knew they would get love or hate responses but i really did think Adams Family when i shot those so i knew exactly what i was going to do with them
Cheers Chris
