Can it measure the flash needed for an accurate exposure when bouncing the light off a ceiling? It relies on the cameras TTL flash sensor during exposure (it doesn't have it's own sensor - like the Pentax AF240FT etc). So it will measure bounced flash correctly if the camera supports TTL flash. Any issues/dust on the sensor? No issues - it has had dust on the sensor (and had a pro-clean), I believe it is dust free at present - I'll check over the weekend :!:

There is a bit of dust on the sensor - whether you spot it or not depends on the type of shot and the aperture used. Not sure on the current cost of a sensor clean but I'll adjust ...

Does the lens produce the artifact at all focal lengths and is the artifact always in the same place? It looks a bit like a dust spot on the sensor from the image you have posted and if so, with care, can be dealt with!
