For Sale Pentax K10D and K20D bodies
I'm assuming you might take the K20D as "better" in that it's newer and has a 14.6MP sensor. The K10D is the last of that line to use a CCD, and some do prefer that in some ways, but that's debateable I think. I'll take a picture and check the number of actuations and get back to you shortly.

For someone just starting out with a dslr, I think the CCD sensor in the K10d makes for a more attractive proposition. I was always regretted selling my GX10, the K10d equivalent.
