http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251051094604?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m...

This is the whole package of my beloved pentax K200D SLR camera. It is a great camera, produces astonishing pictures. I bought it 3 years ago, and used it as a primary camera for 2 years, and become backup camera since I bought pentax K-5 on april 2011. So I didn't used it much this year, and that is the reason I decide to sell it.

The camera is in good condition, with few sign of daily use; some dust at corner due to the little use in the past year. There is a little break on the rubber eye cup, which is shown in the pictures. The lens is clean and clear.

the whole package include

1. Original boxed K200D camera with body caps, original strap, cables and some papers. though I cannot find the manual, it can be downloaded on-line: http://www.retrevo.com/support/Pentax-K200D-Digital-Cameras-manual/id/12050dj390...

2. Original boxed 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 AL II lens with front and rear cap

3. HOYA UV filter, bought from Jessops by 14 pounds.

4. one kingston 4 GB SDHC SD card and one 2GB Sandisk SDHC SD card

5. Pentax genuine extra-wide strap

6. 4 Sanyo Eneloop rechargeable batteries, 4 Energizer lithium batteris and Eneloop charger (but I have never used the charger, cannot guarantee it)

7. JACOBS leather hand strap, original bought by 15 pound

It is a complete package, and ready to use directly.

I've never dared take the K200 above ISO 400........ It does like bright days, the poorer light really doesn't help it at all. Another idea is a Kx for dark times? Try and pick up a decent 2nd hand one?
it depends on how much your budget is, not doubt the new K5 is a great camera, the high ISO performance is unbelievable.

I think the TLR is also a good way to try medium format, Rollei are expensive, but you can find some cheap ones by Japanese Yashica or Minolta. You dont need to consider other lens for them, coz they cannot change lens, except Mamiya's C system, so the investment is also limited.

And they are really cool...

I have to say the pentax price is much more cheaper in China than in UK, about 30%.

K200D is a very good day time camera.the CCD in K200D produces fabulous pictures in low ISO, even better than the CMOS in K7, but the high ISO performance is really unacceptable. I am thinking about the new K5 too, but I wont bin the K200D.
I think it gonna be a good way to let my gilfriend interested in photogaraphy by giving her my K200D.

I have a F*300f4.5 lens, very beautiful white color, small, and interesting. but I have to say the DA*300f4 is a better lens.

BTW: the F*300f4.5 and FA*300f4.5 share the same optic design with different appearance. but the DA*300f4 is believed a new design one.
