Yes, some really pragmatic reviews there. I bought my 10-17mm after browsing that site

I didn't have any time for new pictures this evening, but here are few test pictures I had on my hard drive:

DA 15mm Tests

It's probably the most boring set of pictures I've ever publicly shared, but feel free to pixel-peep! I think there are a couple of DA 15 shots on my 500px account too.

Hi,
I have a DA 15mm and might be able to get some pics later today if I get home from work early enough! I think it is a great lens, but if you are only interested in edge to edge sharpness I think you might be disappointed. The DA 12-24mm is a better choice in this regard.

The DA 15 has lots to like though, rendering, contra light & flare performance and especially it's small size - there is nothing else quite like it!

Matt

Yes the FA*s are rather appealing! Mind you, I wish Pentax would reissue some as updated DA*s, I would pay good money to have my FA* 24mm F2 updated in a more compact weather sealed package! (Although I guess most people want to see a DA 28mm F2.8 first!).

At the very least it would be nice if the FA* were still in production, there is some nice glass that still works pretty well on digital.

DFA 100mm received, thanks Stefan. I've been getting some nice results this weekend photographing flowers on the hill sides:

WE have both lenses and the 18-135mm is the better lens technically. It is also WR. However, the 18-250mm, a different beast, is a good lens in its own right.
For travel, the 18-270mm would be my lens of choice, but I can't afford one just now.
Thanks John. Why would you chose the 18-270 over the 18-250? I assumed it wouldn't be optically much different, but if it is a little more contrasty it could be a nice option.

Mark, this could be a crazy question: but how does the 18-135 compare with the 50-135 at favourable apertures like f8?

I did have the 16-50 and 50-135 pair, but like you I'd rather be swapping lenses to go wider than longer most of the time (I like my 12-24 and 10-17!)
