Just watch them all take off when they get the slightest whiff of a bag of chips
Well captured I like it.

I've been using Phillips (from Argos IIRC ) and the only problem is the rechargable batteries in the headset start to not hold a charge after a couple of years. If replaced with "look alike" you have to strip about 5mm of the label from the base of the battery for it to work. It means wife can listen to tv at normal volume while I can hear with the headphones otherwise its sub titles (when available) or the street can hear our tv too

Wasn't it sweetened with anti-freeze some time ago

Being a Geordie I was thinking of taking a long sleeved shirt in case it got a bit parky

It sounds like I'm going to need a month but hopefully in the time I'll have available will get some good snaps

I think that is one of the "mandatory" tours and looking forward to that

Thanks for the helpful hints

I must not photograph a london bus and colour pop it as I'll infringe on someone elses image and be prosecuted , is this the end of photography , everyone has been the first to photograph something I just don't believe it

Sounds wonderful Tony. I've only had it once, in Barcelona. I didn't order it - my fussy eater friend did, and we ended up swapping meals (she was too embarrassed to send it back!)

On subsequent evenings I ate at the local restaurant, she ate at Pizza Hut!
I'll stick to corned beef and branston pickle MMMMMmmmmmm

Steak Tartare always reminds me of that Mr Bean Sketch
I shall have to go on Youtube now and find it since I don't have a clue what you are on about.

Don't forget to watch the skies tomorrow night if it's clear.
I think you will enjoy the sketch, even people who don't find him particularly funny enjoyed that one because like good comedy there is some truth in it

As it's in Belgium I wonder if I'll be able to get a "Toast Cannibal"
Probably, but why you would want one is another matter. Do try a Straffe Hendrik at the Halve Maan though. Best thing in Brugge imho.
Thanks Gwyn, duly noted "Things to do in Brugge..."

When in Blankenberge made a mistake and ordered "Steak Americano" which turned out to be "Steak Tartare" . mine tasted just like corned beef and was quite tasty but Liz's tasted like the vinegar from a bottle of pickled onions had been poured over it
The funniest thing was seeing that episode of Mr Bean on tv not long after we got home
