I'll be 95 so will probably only be able to manage a small compact or phone

Well done Stan!

Thanks Andrew, I think most of my images were taken with the K5 and 18-135mm

Congratulations Stan. Good to see you flying the flag for Pentax in Ashington

Thanks Alan, tonights judge was Peter Yearnshire, a really good judge who was very interactive with the audience. I think we have another member with a K10 but not had a chance to talk to him

At my Camera Club tonight I got a HC for my Three on a Theme images, Yorshire Waterfalls.

I was also informed that this season I had come 1st overall in the Mono Print Competitions (three rounds) and 2nd overall in the Colour Print Competitions (three rounds). Needless to say I am quite chuffed considering I am relative newcomer to photography.

What worries me more than all this talk of drink is that Easter is approaching with all those Chocolate Eggs on special offer

The way I look at it is that if Pentax can't be bothered to advertise their products then why should I.

I agree with Mike. Also, as I've never used any other DSLR I'd find it impossible to claim Pentax was any better than any other brand.

I thought they were specializing in rugged compacts at the moment
