For sale due to needing full frame gear.
I have bought a D700 and now have for sale my Pentax gear.
K10D body, unmarked, less than 5000 actuations, will provide exact figure and images later, kit lens 18-55 DA.
Tamron 70-300 AF DI Macro, Pentax grip (2 months old) filters inc with both. All gear is mint.
Pentax battery and 1 generic battery+ 2 or 3 sd cards.
All boxes, cables etc.
Would not be for sale if I didnt have to have FF.
Price? open to any sensible offers, mainly because I am not up to speed with used prices(any suggestions regarding pricing welcome)

I am not being 'unfriendly', but I agree wole heartedly with the above quote, my point was that I, along with numerous others would have relished the opportunity to buy one of these lenses.
But because a greedy 'few' ordered multiples of said lens, most of us missed out.

So I would describe myself as very disappointed rather than unfriendly.

Missmarple if you wanted one of the Tamron lenses, I have not replied yet, pm me if you want one. It is just my luck that the replacement offer is a lens I already have!!

Pity people didnt stick to ordering just the one lens, instead of ordering 'multiples', may have been enough to go round then for the people who actually would have liked one of these lenses.

The mystery deepens, I recieved in the post this morning something I did not order!!
Out of the blue , a Fuji NP-50 rechargable battery.

I never ordered this item, and according to the paperwork with it, I have not been charged for the item.

Dont know whats going on at Jessops, (and neither do they I reckon).
I did have a few harsh words for them when I rang about the Pentax lens order, but there was no mention of this item.

A baffled, still very disgruntled customer (ex).

Just spoken to customer service, it looks like its all been a scam, there are no lenses available at either of the 'discounted' prices.

Pentax will not supply them any lenses, and according to the customer service agent, 'we are in the process of informing all people who have placed an order'.

How many people bought something else on the back of this lens, to get the figure over the £50 threshold to qualify for free shipping?
I bought a cleaning kit to get mine over this figure but was not impressed by it when it turned up.

I asked if there were any alternative lenses but was told that there were not.

Seems like the old maxim, 'its too good to be true' , stands here.

Very disgruntled.
