I brought a opti S6 in August this year, and last week found it with ink leaked into the screen. The camera starts up fine, and seems to work as normal. But you can only see white and black on the screen. I took it into the shop I brought it from, and they say it has been crushed (I don't think it has, nor can it have been, it happened whilst on my desk) as a result they won't return it under warrenty for me. The best they can offer is to send it to a repair centre and have a new screen fitted, approx cost £100. Any suggestions???

The film speed selecter no longer moves on my K1000, its set at 100. I want to start using the camera a lot more and want to repair this feature, has anyone done it, have any recommendations? With it being christmas, i can't really afford to send it away for costly repairs.
