It's so interesting to think about how Lightroom is still on the top of the market when the services it offers are (fairly) compatible with the ones other programs have I found an article suggesting free alternatives to Lightroom that I think work just as well, particularly as I'm merely an amateur: https://www.1and1.com/digitalguide/websites/web-design/free-alternatives-to-adob... I’ve learned about LightZone & I have been using it since! If you are looking for something simple that has a variety of functions, it might suit you. The price for the subscription is not bad at all, but when you have the same option for free, it doesn't make sense paying every month, for me at least.
