I am trying to copy some slides with bellows (A) however due to the smaller size of the sensor in comparison with 35mm format I am unable to obtain a full frame copy using either 50 or 28mm lenses. Has anyone out there managed to achieve 1:1 copies?

Of course I could try stitching frames in photoshop but I'm feeling a bit lazy!

Would be a perfect companion after a few too many! (half cut)

Personally I find both the MX and the *istDS just right in terms of size and ergonomics. However, it is true that some photographers do find them too small. In this case adding the winder to the MX helps a lot. I'm not sure if the *istDS has a grip available, but no doubt someone can tell us!
Having owned both of these camera's, I would agree.

I find the balance of the DS to be perfect, but then I have relatively small hands and fingers. I would be concerned that the addition of the grip would upset the feel/balance of the camera however I can see the advantages when using longer lenses and for those with bigger digits. Would be interested to find out if anyone has used the grip?
