well well, all of your advice is outstanding, going back onto the topic of wedding togs' and jobs in that sector. I need one but lack the exp as most newbbies do but my images are getting better by the day comp and lighting and almost everything have a look at my latest one and you'll see the difference.

Where on earth and who on earth is going to employ me to be a tog ??? I've looked and applied and applied and only 1 reply out of many others ?????? I've posted situation wanted for un-paid work to be a tog and that doesn't even get me noticed..... I'll do it for free as long as i know i can get the exp and half a portfolio started from it......

good luck with it then vic, and thanks for the advice, i'm still going ahead with it, even though all im gonna get 1 thing out of it and thats just a portfolio, I've gotta shell out the printing fees and the dvd's . At least the couple want me to succeed in wedding photography, and are willing enough and patient enough to let me do it for them.

I'm happy im doing it. when all of it is done and over with in july after they get back from honeymoon, i'll post some on here for everyone to see...

Looking at your kit list in your signature, I think you might need a wider lens for the large groups (I don't know the focal length of the Fuji's lens) and a decent flash - you have to produce photos, no matter how bad the light, don't forget.

Good Luck
I think there is gonna be about 60-80 people in total and the fuji lens spec is 33mm to 396mm F2.8 to F8.

Pentax flash AF 330 FTZ with silicon diffusers, and looking at buying a swivel flash for bouncing it, ive got a few reflectors and tripod and looking at investing in wireless flash kit and remote so at least i can be in one of the pics too....

the wedding is in chester under a marquee (think i spelt it wrong), I've got 3 setups at the mo 1 film and 2 digitals, and just trying out different settings to get the best effects, would it be essential to have a go-for (little run around).

I'm still biting my bloody nails day and night trying to get as much info and do as much research as i can before their big day, and to think I want to do this full time, i'll have no fingers left after the first 3 lol

thanks all for your help, i'll have to post my images in my gallery when i get the camera and test it thoroughly. Give it +- a week or so and you'll see them, any more recommendations on extras to buy for it will be appreciated.
