Very nice pic, but was that halo caused by digital, meteorological effects, or a higher power???

A low viewpoint like this usually would make the bike appear large, compared to the rider. I'm geussing that in the Northern Hemisphere, such a viewpoint works in reverse. Hence the tiny-looking bike. Try to take a pic from the stands next time, so the bike looks more imposing. Tut, tut.

I'm afraid your digital trickery is a little obvious on closer examination. The basic composition looks OK, but the tree leaves in the top right are a little distracting. I'd either try and include some of the tree trunk, to "anchor"it to the ground, or omit the leaves altogether.

Very appropriate. I bet he's wondering if he can balance on the edge, whilst fouling the solar panel in the middle. Nice and sharp, was that the 600mm lens, or 300 and tc?

Unless I'm very much mistaken, those chaps appear to be Tasmanians. They all look so alike, they must be related. Nice shot, how about a little bit of smoke wafting in the background?

I kind of expected to see a Mini hurtling down this passageway, full of stolen loot. Nice B & W, just needs some stewardesses....

Was that the DA 300 you used for this one? By jingo, by crikey, they're an awesome lens. I'll start saving for one immediately. Anyway, nice shot. Beautifully sharp.
