Thanks. What you saying is that it's back to manual. If so,that's OK with me as I work most of the time in manual anyway. I wasn't sure if there are any other restrictions such as lens to sensor size. So will a K mount lens still fill the full size of the sensor. I've been using Pentax cameras for about 30 years but migrated to Canon about 4 years ago. I miss my Pentax stuff and that's why I'm investigating the posibility to upgrade/add to my Pentax arsenal again. The question if I buy a Pentax camera ____ Which one.

Can someone please assist. What is the restrictions refered to wrt using older K mount lenses on the new Kr & K5. I've got a number of old lenses and are considering to purchase a Kr or K5. All the specs show that one can use any Pentax lens but then add - with restrictions.
