I don't use any non-Pentax DSLR's but a quick Google shows similar comments about the inability to turn off DFS on recent Nikon models (all the CMOS ones basically).
With all the free startrail software around now, that only requires a single dark frame for noise reduction purposes, you'd think the manufacturers would allow it. There's so much guff in the menus nowadays, that an extra option isn't going to hurt.

The T/C of choice would have to be the SMCP-F 1.7X AF Teleconverter as it'll convert any MF lenses you acquire to AF.
Anyway, for the OP, consider the 16-45mm. Not fast (F4 only) but oh so sharp and light too. It is the lens that has stopped me from getting the 16-50 for the time being.
But if small primes are your thing, and you have the money, consider the 21mm F3.2 for wide, a 35mm F2 or 35mm F2.8 Limited Macro for standard, and a 70mm F2.4 for short tele work.
There are lots of options out there however, and we all have our own suggestions, but that is half the fun with photography

I'd say thats a Nikon fit as the box has a 'N' on it.
I'm guessing the seller has stolen pics to post with the auction. You could take a speculative chance, but who knows what fit you'll end up with.

it's probably me being dumb, but I can't see any ghosting in those examples?
Horizons are off by a fair bit though, a cheap hotshoe level works wonders as it's sometimes tricky to judge with strong perspective elements in the shot.

Since I didn't bid and already had the Samsung version (for £179:wink I was just annoyed that people say 'You have PM' but no-one has any idea whether Member X is interested in a lens, a camera, or the full package....
Sorry for polluting this FS thread further Muggins, but it's a free bump at least !

Basically anything with an "SP" will be a good performer, of course some designs are more sought after than others & the price will reflect this.

Will take the 12-24 in case I go near Llanfair PG station, but will probably try to avoid.
