That happened to me as well.

Thanks Jon, I hadn't thought of that. In fact I remember one of the first cameras I used when I was his age was fairly chunky, I don't know the name of the format but the film was in a black cartridge and the flash was in a cube that you bought seperately. Each time the flash was used and you wound the film on the cube revolved round so the next flash could be used.

I'm looking to buy a compact camera for my 7 year old son at some point in the near future, it will have to be fairly simple for him to operate. Out of the Pentax range does anyone have any ideas? I've seen that SRS have the E80 at the moment which might be suitable. I'm not considering a DSLR for him yet as he's not old enough

For Sale are 2 Sandisk 8GB SDHC Cards (the new 30mb/s version). The only reason I'm selling them is that I've got too many!

Not boxed but they are in plastic protective cases.

As I use Fastone for resizing my images for Flickr, etc, I have noticed that you can create a watermark using that program as well. There is one there already but that is standard fastone text. Has anyone used this program to create a new watermark and if so how do you do it?

From my own observations and experience tripods can be a bit restrictive for airshow photography. Having said that I went to a show at the Shuttleworth Collection last year and there were a few people using them, that might have been due to the fact that a lot of the aircraft there are a lot slower.
