They are all very good, but I have to agree I like the second one best. Womble is right it's the foreground, it captivates you and then you lift your eyes up to the rest of the image. The third one, in my opinion is the best composition though, I love the last little wink of light from the sun, it just needs more light in the foreground. Well done.

Thanks for everyone's help. I agree the contacts look like they wouldn't line up with Pentax bodies and they do both look like Nikon mounts. Many thanks to the forum for a fast and educated response.

Thanks guys, the top three are the same lense, a sigma 400mm
The bottom three are a Tokina 80-400mm.

Does this help anyone identify positively or negatively?

Hi Guys, thanks for your comments. Some of them are a little too complex for my tiny camera brain. I had a Panasonic before my Pentax K-30 and it was excellent with the flash off camera and very fast and I was able to take great shots of water drops. I know a lot of this kind of photography is to do with the power of the flash but I find with my Pentax a get a lot of blur on the drops even at 1/64 flash power. This is the main reason I want a faster shutter speed.

Hi Mat W, Thanks for that, I watched a Youtube video with Gary Fong showing how to use those two flashguns in wireless mode, but they are just a bit pricey for me. Like you say I'm hoping someone on here has a idea.

Jason
