Im not happy with my X5 Bought it Sept 2012 and its broken on off switch problem. Just out of Warranty. [yeah right ].. Been in touch with Pentax last monday as of yet still awaiting reply .. So to me Pentax yet again takes ya cash leaves ya dead . Well done Pentax

Hi can anybody please point me in right direction to contact Pentax. I purchased a X5 in October 2012. and a couple weeks ago the main on/ off button to power up refused to work. i contacted as i thought Pentax only to receive NIL reply. sods law it packed in just out of warranty, At moment you can all guess im not a Pentax fan .. Any info will be greatly appreciated... Best til last my mate also purchased his X5 last may 2013 his also ran out of life...
