Just cloning isn't a viable option, because you have little of no material
to sample from. The circle isn't making things easier.
Best way to approach this seems selecting the front, copy, flip and past.
And then erase everything you don't need. that would make the branches in front of the train disappear and leave the integrity in tact.....sort of.
the rest is a fairly straight forward clone job. It can be done, but you need the original file to make it really believable.
