Has anyone used rechargeable CR-V3 batteries in the *ist DL? If so, how do they compare with rechargeable AA batteries?

Many thanks. I spoke to Pentax who said that the AF400FTZ was not fully compatible with the *ist DL and that there might be some loss of functionality. It would not, however, cause any damage to the camera (which was my main concern).It's a little unusual for the manual to only mention the AF360FGZ, my Z1-P manual for instance, lists about half a dozen different models that can be used with little loss of functionality.

I have a Pentax AF400FTZ flash from my old SF1. Does anyone happen to know whether it is compatible with my *ist DL?

Telephone number of Pentax UK in Slough is 01753 792 792. They are not open at the weekend. On the one occasion I called with a query I found them helpful.Anyone had dealings with Pentax UK? Are they normallt tardy? Anyone have a phone number ans well as any other e-mail addresses?
