I was going to post this with my other shot with the 100 Macro WR, but I couldn't find it. Anyway, after a little (tedious) time spent in focus calibration, this was pretty much what I was after.

I've only had the chance to post in the new member section, and have done very little with the K-1ii to date, but this was with the K10D in Spring 2021

Forgive a noob resurrecting an oldish thread, but I have the same interest in opinions between the "little lens that could" and the "filthy beast." I have the 28-105 and like it, but have a line on a 24-70 at a price that is very very tempting.

Hello from a Pentax shooter from the film days. I have just made the step from APS-C (K-3) to the K-1ii and FF. Thought that another source of information couldn't hurt. I'll try to keep my mouth shut until I've ... learned a few things.
