Hi Mike, how was the converter with the 100-300 f4? Interested but as this is the only lens I have it would work with I'm curious as to how the combo performs.

I'd recommend the Dakine Mission Photo, easy fits my K200d with grip and 55-300, 3 more lenses plus all the little odds and sods, and I can even get a monopod inside. There is a front pocket which you could just about get a slim laptop in, although maybe the Sequence Photo might be a better bet as its bigger.

Its seriosuly comfy to carry as a backpack, as the straps are miles better than those on most photo bags Ive seen. Also it doesnt look remotley like a photobag. Like some other bags the main cameras compartment is onyl accessible from the back of the bag (so you ahve to take it off to get it open), but also the camera block is removable so you can use it as normal rucksack as well.

Not waterproof but does have a fold-out rain cover.You can stick a snowboard on it if you want as well (although most people will probabley use that for a tripod instead)
