Yes I have, good stuff, one of the reasons I haven't been posting any in there, they're beyond my level

Thank you "LennyBloke" for your comments, much appreciated.
The overall cast you mention, I can see what you mean, I was comfortable in the final effect as being pretty well spot on the original scene.
I used a DCP file from a username 'squirrelMafia' on the other site, and this did darken the original result so I tweaked various settings keeping highlights in check. Contrast, vignet and others helped. I must admit I'm really getting into Rawtherapee and it's a great tool, the Local Adjustments' and together with selected subsection 'Colour &Light' are great.
If anyone wants to learn these mentioned above I recommend Youtube and Andy Astbury. Great stuff!

K1 mkII and DFA 28-105. PP'd in RT. All at f5.6 and 100ASA, no CPL this time, handheld.

All 3 are great and the 2 nebula shots had me drooling, fantastic! Strawberry flavour too.
Tomorrows New Moon is going to be a cloudy night down here in Plymouth, so any astro shoot is ruined

Yes I agree, these are really impressive and inspirational to me as I need to explore close ups more often.
Thanks for sharing 👍

Ah, the song I was referring to is indeed from a CD by ELO, I'm no long time fan of them but a recent convert. I purchased the CD about 2 years ago and it's great in the car or at home.

'The Very Best of ELO' titled 'All over the world'.

Some very catchy tunes that do stick in yer head tho.

thanks for the comments guys.
PS I don't recall seeing the Star Trek film? certainly not seen or heard it sung by Irvin Berlin! but it's on youtube.

I prefer the Strawberrry flavour

Cracking morning for a walk on Jennycliffe, Plymouth.
