Nice shots, Lance, I can feel the LBA creeping up in me...
The bokeh seems nice enough and I bet the AF is sweet as well.
Only question: Is it good for bird shots only?

I have it under good authority that it can take photos of other types of bird life, too.

Number 2 of the gulls does it for me - gorgeous Sonnar-like bokeh and great detail in the whites of the central bird's plumage. I'm starting to really like what I see from this lens.

BTW thats an impressive list of Kit you have there. Where did you get the DA*60-250, was it locally : I have seen a couple advertised around Sydney but at exorbitant prices.
