I've decided to sell mt 17-70mm which hasn't really been used since I got it and so needs to be ruthlessly culled.
It's not been further than the back garden and has had a UV filter on throughout, so is spotless.
I'm looking for £330 incl P+P or £320 if we can sort out a good place to meet in London - east/central or north. Payment by Paypal gift or BACS.
Original box, caps, soft pouch and warranty card included.
PM me with your email if you want photos.
All best

This is a list of equipment that I lost on the 6th June 2010 in East London. Unfortunately the thread with the list in has been deleted, and so I am reposting the items here in case you stumble across any of them, perhaps from vendors who don't realise that they are selling on stolen goods. If you come across any of this equipment I would be grateful if you would let me know. And if you come across a memory card chock full of pictures of orang utans and pygmy elephants - it's almost certainly mine!
All best

For me screens - like a UV filter on a lens - are a no brainer...

as I posted elsewhere got one from Ebay, and have been having a play. It was fairly easy to use - easier TBH than the process of setting up a Photobucket account, resizing the pictures and looking through the forums to find out how to post them here.
Anyway, for comparison a pic of a bit of goat horn using the 300mm and then the same from the same position with the TC in place; the reduced file size doesn't really do the TC justice, nor does my overly cheap tripod.
but it will give a bit of an idea of how things look...
The image has been converted from RAW and resized but no other post production...

An interesting first post, KFXP. Might I ask what you paid for the item?

TBH wasn't too daunted by the price - I think it's one of those things that will hold its resale value if i don't want it.
Feels like i spend that much each time I want to replace a set of ink cartidges!!
