I like this Ron, but I don't think even several coats of paint would help! I've been asked to repair windows like this in the past, but would not waste my time. I class this as joined up firewood. Well spotted and shot.

Great shot, I know how difficult it is to capture one of these little birds, have tried several times with out success, must try harder.

Nice shot John, after looking through my field gides I think this is a Boat-tailed Grackle, but perhaps one of our American cousin's could confirm this.
