The sensor is not "fixed", it was in fact a replacement body for a "Stained" one! It was never broken

Ok Iv'e reached the crossroads around the same time as Will (Spirit thereof)I just miss having a FF Setup for my Landscape photography and no amount of buying Zooms Vs Primes is going to solve it so I need to go back to that Kind of system. (I have no idea at present which system!)
All I know is I'm not happy and I need to change things...

Bearing in mind I'm a Landscaper and will hopefully soon have a 12-24mm again!).
I want to go back to Zooms, I bought the DA Ltd's to teach me better shot discipline and I think I have now learned my lesson, so time to move on...
So to go in between the 12-24 and the 50-135, which is best optically?
Don't care about SDM as I don't feel it's a factor in such short focal lengths, or the missing 5mm in the 16-45, just the optics...
They seem very similar judging by all the reviews...

I've had a number of enquiries about swapping my 15mm for a 12-24mm to which I was kind of cool on to be honest but I have now come to my senses, too late it would seem (Sorry Duncan M)! So I'm now looking for a 12-24mm and a 60-250mm in trade for any of the below, Or quick sales. I may add a 16-45 or a 17-70 at a later date but I need to cover the main bases first.
To be honest if it doesn't work itself out soon I may just do a "Will" Sale and slope off back to Nikon whimpering for forgivness...
Not happy with my set up and need to change it, I would be happier overall I think with my K5 and some quality zooms than anything else and thats whats keeping me here at the moment...
