1. If your camera is in the warranty period, it is simply replaced until you get one which doesn’t have the fault.
2. If your camera is out of the warranty period, sending it for repair is a waste of time because the fault cannot be rectified.
I would like to be proved wrong, so that I can have the confidence to send my own camera for repair.
