I can't help with the Program A I'm afraid, I stick to fully mechanical cameras when it comes to taking them apart - all those electronics confuse me! You could always try this Eric Hendrickson guy that George mentioned in the post above though, it may be something that's easily fixed by someone who knows what they're doing.

Went out for a family meal today to celebrate my sister's birthday; the K10D stayed at home and the MX reeled off yet another roll of Fuji Reala. Another trip to the developers tomorrow - can't wait!
Thanks anyway.Anyone selling a programA here in the states?

Love my Program A but it isn't working right now and I know nothing about how to fix it. love the story of your fix.

Thanks for the reply. When I push the shutter release, the mirror pops up part of the way , hesitates, then after i move the camera the picture is taken. This is with a new battery.

Sam Adams isn't bad but Otter Creek is a better brew. If you drive south to Waterbury, you can take a tour of the Ben & Jerry's Ice cream plant. It's pretty cool. If you cross the interstate and head south on route 100 the leaves are amazing. There are some other cool places in Vermont that would be great day trips for you too.
