This is the rather rear 3 lens case that was only available in the US and now only on the second hand market.

You will have to reduce the length of the light guard beside the aperture lever.
Cut it down to match the Pentax one. Also remove the Richo pin if it has one (my one did)
You will have to remove the ring for cutting to avoid grinding particles getting into the lens, it is not difficult to do.

I have designed a lens test chart that may be some help testing you lens.

It allows back and front focus checks (camera set at 45 degrees to chart) as is usual, but designed to be less mathematical and more visual than most.

Used square on the camera, it will allow you to check edge and corner softness, plus obviously edge to edge differences.
