The 35 is no longer available as now have it, it really is in unmarked condition.

Some chap in the US (I think he runs Pentax over there) said that this is the lens he always takes if only taking one lens. (possibly boosting sales)!

I know that there is no such thing but thought that it may be a bit good.

I have sold a couple of lenses so thought I might replace the 40 with the 35, but looking at your comments I will stay with the 40 and his 2 mates.

Clifton had large Pentax stock when I last made a purchase from them.
but if have stockist closer then that would save time and cost.

You could drive (M5) up to Clifton cameras as they are Pentax pro dealers.
