..Mrs HG had the Astra Zenica one and a rough day afterwards, My mother had the same and nothing, so I'll wait and see.
I look on one day of discomfort is much better than a month on life support...

..by upgrading my bike's front suspension, and then siting in the sun for a coffee.
Next was to open the front and sides of the gazebo and let fresh air through, followed by a tidy around the bar and a drink...
..of tea!
Beer time shortly after a shower to remove the smell of hydraulic fluid.
