My SONY XA2 H3113 mobile has a great camera but is slowing down at loading webpages etc as the internal memory is virtually full and it is on Android 9 and wont update the software. I have rebooted BUT not set it back top factory settings as I dont want to have to re-load all apps and saved settings etc. The 23mb camera on it is superb.

So, I am looking at the Moto G62 which claims to have a 50mb camera (although one report lists it as a 12.5MB camera x 4!!!!!).
Many reviews say that the camera produces poor pictures with poor colour saturation.

So any opinions/experiences that could help me would be appreciated.
Looking at a budget of £150-£200 for an Android with a good camera, unlocked and new - not Huawei and similar (although it seems that, apart from Samsung, virtually all cameras are made in China)

Thanks

Thanks, purchased. FREE PRIME delivery or free delivery without PRIME BUT it can cost you £4.49 delivery if you select the wrong options - so be careful out there.

Now 13 left by the way

Thanx JohnX

apparently it dosnt have a replacable battery as it is sealed to make it waterproof. However, Pentax claim that battery is good for 50,000 "prods"

Well you have captured some great images here in spite of the circumstances. 2/4/6 stand out for me. Excellent.

2, the guy in white jacket, was riding past on a weird bike. Just a grab shot - love burst mode though as you can select the best of a bunch of action shots in a leisurely fashion at home

You've captured some real characters nicely there - particularly like the proud gentleman on parade

He was definitely a crowd aware poser!

Although the participants were very happy to pose, twas very difficult to get good photos as they were mainly standing around close together waiting for the parade, had terrible backgrounds (especially the glass windows in the Museum gardens) and some photographers were oblivious to others and kept walking in front of me as I was taking photos!!!!!
Anyway, here's a few snaps taken with 18-85mm lens on K3iii.

Having been flattened by Covid, I am now clear and so wandered along the River Hull, just downstream of the Beverley Beck, to the power poles where the gang of 5 local cormorants like to perch. Tried to get clear in-flight shots with handheld 55-300mm lens and Pentax K-3iii - so photos cropped accordingly. They're not pin sharp, that's the next objective on the next visit. Shutter speed was about 1/2500th sec at 400 ISO. Tis nice to be able to be "normal" again
