I am usually underwhelmed by helicopter shots - including the many I take every year at the Sunderland airshow. They can be technically perfect but just do not interest me. This one is the exception - technically spot on for this shot, love the angle of view and the drama created by the smoke.- all combine to make a great image. Carl

Wow I love it. I de noised it and it looks so surreal but i like the original The noise is high and reading about it, it seems people normally stack images to get rid of the noise so I will try that next time. I tried adding more denoise in lightroom but it lands up making the rocks look smooth like melted wax The image may not be perfect but it has great impact - very nice indeed. With regard ...
