Here's a thought...
Are you always getting an image of a horse, but sometimes just the rear, sometimes the front?
If so, is the image crisp?
If so, what lens are you using? Is it the kit lens?
Would you be better with a wide angle prime, so the horse would remain in the (now larger) frame?
I don't know if this would be better, just my thoughts.

I've remebered how the film cameras worked, the film was moving past the shutter at roughly the same speed as the horses giving you a pin sharp image with static objects in the background all streaky.
Given just how specialised this business is and just how much might be riding on an accurate result(terrible pun, I know) and especially in light of Clarky's link above, I really think your camera is 100% the wrong tool for the job.
And, I'm sorry to say, this kind of work might better be undertaken by a specialist professional.

What exactly are you using to trigger this camera. In your first post you say it's a laser line (which I've assumed to be a device employing laser light). In another post, you say it's a piece of string.
I'm confused, have I missed something?
I use laser ligth on one side and a detector on the other wich when the laser is block by horse it sends the signal to my camera acting as a shutter release cable.

Yes the lens has an auto focus.
How I turn off the one from the camera?

If the camera is set to totally manual operation and is not in power save (turned off) mode at the time it is triggered, the results should be consistent.
You'll need to set manual focus, manual shutter, manual aperture, and make sure the camera is on at the time the horses cross the finish line.
This all assumes that it is the camera set-up causing this, have you had the laser trigger device checked?

How I turn off the one from the camera?
The laser is at 39 inches right on the bottom of the neck of the forse ant on top of the legs, so triggers same because the movement of nose goes with it same distance.

And the string line across the track I have done it before is just a string line wich on the side where the camera is place has a micro switch that sends the signal to the camera acting as a cable shutter release when the horses pass true the string line but this work by pounds of preassure and is not accurate and I was using another camera that I barrow wich settings where alreadyconfigure and now I bought this pentax 200 d and am having trouble seting the camera to take the pictures at same shutter lag.
Am very amateur with cameras naybe is me that is doing some settings wrong but am kind a frustraded and all confuse now and I will like to start all over with new settings that someone else could tell me wich ones to use or wich ones to turn on ro off.

What do you think about resetting the camera to factory settings and then start with new settins on manual, if so could you recomend me wich settins to turn on or off and wich ones to use?

Yes thats the one Ihave been using, but you also mention an OP to be on maual. Whats the OP? and does this camera has focus assistance?
I said "It could be that the OP has a manual focus lens on". I meant you might have a manual lens mounted on your camera, but have the camera set to autofocus, in which case it wouldn't take the photo until it thought the horses were in focus.
Still trying to think what could be the problem.
Okay, another thought. Could the sun be shining on the laser detector? Just wondering if this could be enough to delay the triggering slightly?
Is there any pattern to the shots that are wrong? For example, are the horses always on one side of the track rather than the other, is it later in the day rather than earlier?
