how many lenses can you fit in it? i want a bag that i can fit a small laptop, and 2/3 large lenses with the DSLR

My ISO was not in auto mode no, i am well aware of how badly that can affect flash from the work i have done with my digital metz but only on manual setting

Its the whole of the Nikon flash setup that appeals to me, not just that bit - they have a whole fun thing going on with metz which makes it easier for me to use hammerhead flash which is my prefered method outside of the studion

Perhaps if you would like to continue this chat we should do so over Pm? i certainly dont want to rock the boat anymore

I am So sorry if i ignored your posts it wasnt my intention at all - i am always happy to debate and i am truelly sorry if you felt your views werent discussed or acknowledged

yeah it takes two to debate too - or more to debate if you want a really good one - i like debating with people, weighing things up

people questioned me on why i started that thread if i was sure of my choice, well i am sure of my religious choices but it doesnt stop me discussing life with Muslims, Christians and other people alike

it doesnt have to be a case of right and wrong, it can just be a case of discussion

I didnt make such comments - i ask anyone to go into that thread and suggest a time where i have outwardly said - YOU are a cheat or YOU are this or YOU are that

the incident doesnt exist

Still doesnt mean i want people threatening to bring trouble to my school - thats a bit weird i think

Its pretty hard to take advice when it has been thrown at you in such a horrible, horrible way.

I am giving my opinion here because i really think the nice members of this forum (which i think include the Admin and Mods which is a far cry from most forums, where the admin and the mods are on powertrips and every sort of pussy foots around them)

Plus i didnt really feel the advice i was being give suited what i was talking about, i two have read through that thread to see what exactly i could have taken from it, and it boiled down too - your a rubbish photographer, you havent bought the most brilliant lenses for the pentax therefore you have no right to comment and that moving to nikon would make me a brand W***E

When i got a post that didnt seem fuelled with hate, and i fear, more emphasis on the ego of the poster rather than trying to 'give advice' then i did try to respond to them politely and carefully

Unfortunatly a few members dont understand the importance of politeness, and if they dont understand the importance of politeness, their opinions will be valued LESS on a whole.

Perhaps that is something that we should just ignore on a forum but calling my tutor an idiot on the basis of nothing (perhaps Ian would like to take that person to court? ) insinuating that i was being bullied into changing, that i hadnt thought about it at all, that i was a worse photographer for changing and also that my work was both not up to scratch and un-improvable? was what made it all very hard to have the conversation with certain people

However it really is ONLY a few people who perhaps should be incouraged by the forum to be a tiny bit different with people, or perhaps after this incident will agree to stay out of thread where they feel such a negative passionate view

That i think would really improve the forum - it can be a lovely place, the inbox full of supportive PMs and the attitudes of the mods have shown that

I may not have my K20D anymore but i am still waiting to send a couple of lenses - so techincally i hope i can still post and my opinions are still counted albeit just for a few weeks

i was far more worried about the stress it may cause to my already busy tutors at school - i would have thought this person would realise exactly how difficult it would have been for court correspondences to get to my place of education and decided to aim as low as he could

Going to court... well not too sure there was anything to go to court About really, certaintly dont think any solicitor in their right mind would take the case

hopefully hes just a bit embarrassed about it all now and will react to things differently in future
