Nice to see a new Pentax body launched!

Its a cracking piece of glass, original mount or not, doesn't have electronic contacts I don't think regardless?
So not missing too much.

BIg hunk of glass though!

They've had some good stuff recently, there was a very rare Zeiss 21mm Pentax Mount this morning!

Thanks folks, I've been without a camera since the summer and itching to get back in! The break has probably done me some good actually!
I'm looking around and I'm struggling to look beyond a K1 for pure value for money!

Folks, what’s the 35mm f2 like? I’m close to buying another K1 (or maybe a K1ii) and will be going for a 24-70 but would like a smaller lens at times.

Love the 31mm but I think I’ll be strapped to spend that much on top of the 24-70 initially, how good is the 35mm?

Anyone looking to sell a K1? Finding it hard to look beyond a K1 and 24-70 f2.8 combo at the moment as a landscape and city shooting kit!

Thinking about picking up a K1 again but looking to source a 24-70 first if anyone fancies selling one.....

I have to say the warning signs don’t look great right now with the number of retailers fully supplying Pentax stuff dwindling ever further.

LCE recently got rid of most of their stuff, WEX look to be doing the same - basically “liquidating” used stock based on some of the prices for lenses and things like the 31mm f1.8 don’t even appear on their site anymore.

If I could get a full set of the glass I’d need I’d consider another K1, for landscapes there’s little to beat it and a used D810 is actually dearer!

Wow went for £897.99
