Stick a candle in it and sing me happy birthday.

eems to echo my thoughts on it really, the grip is too small but other than that it's not a bad little camera, except for the video bit, I have never and never will buy a camera for it's video spec but appreciate that some do, that being the case I don't think I could see a reason to look at a pentax at all?
I don't take them myself but I've had a play just to see if, in any way, my K-30 could take good videos with minimum of fuss but the answer is a very firm 'no'.

Recently my K-30 has been starting to underexpose some images. Usually only the first one or two after it switches on, then it starts working correctly. Is this a sign of an aperture motor failure on the cards?
I bought the camera in September 2013 from Currys and believe it had the 2 year warranty. I remember filling in some forms and sending them off to Pentax to get it. I did get an email back from Pentax extranet or something saying welcome and offering me some lens discounts but nothing else.
If I am still under warranty I'll keep monitoring it to see if it gets any worse then if it does, find out where to send it, whether it's under warranty and get it packed off!

Not knowing anything about digital processing, be it photoshop or Photoshop, I didn't really alter much when converting from RAW to JPG on the PC.
When we'd met the in-laws and both the father in law and I had taken photos with roughly the same camera, my wife was always disappointed with our photos. She said they looked flat and drained of colour compared to his,
And they were.
Harsh lesson = the camera digitally processes images for you if you don't. The raw images that a camera takes are flat and need some processing to inject some life and dimension into them.

I bought this lens from this forum earlier this year and have loved its extra wide focal length. I've since bought a pretty decent zoom lens that covers this focal length and I've found I'm no longer using it.
It's in the same excellent condition it was in when I bought it, and comes with its original box, case, lens caps (although the back cap may not be the original, but the front one is).
It's the PK-A fitting so has the A aperture setting.
I'm asking what I paid for it £60 including standard postage, probably with Hermes, buyer covers fees either bank transfer or PayPal.

Did you by any chance take one from the other side and facing the opposite direction? The ball is blocking a lot of interesting subjects and it would have been interesting to see the inverse of that image.
