The train ride might be boring but be sure to pop into Tarboush, the Lebanese Cafe/restaurant, in the lower high street pretty much opposite Waterstones.

The food was to die for way back when I lived there and I am assured by friends that the quality and service are still high

Not wishing to be rude but the last two K5's sold on here were around the £200 mark......might make yours' rather exclusive..........unless of course you have incredibly low count for shutter????

I bought one with 2200 shutter count two years ago for £300...............NOTICE YOU HAVE NOT SPECIFIED A SHUTTER COUNT??.............

Wanna do so now???

I like both your's and Simon's shots Mike, his are argueably technically better, but the interesting thing for me is how your photo's, with the crowd milling in the background, give more of a sense of "event" and involvement than Simon's.

Numbers 5 and 6 illustrate this beautifully because you can get a "feel" for how the day was even if you never attended.

That's the great thing about this site for me...........everyone has a differing opinion on what does and doesn't make a great shot..............but we can all learn something new every day!

On a more serious note it might be a Laetiporus sulphureus but depends on which image you look at, or a yellow brain fungus. However am sure someone more knowledgeable will come up with the real ID!
