Who said "life begins at 40" because they are lying gits. this is what actually happens. Your back decides to seize up at night and it takes you 15 mins in a morning to straiten up, you now apply fiery jack where you used to put brute, you get huge hairs sprouting from your nose and ears (for what reason I don't know), you cant get through the day without an afternoon nap, and worst of all Gardening actually becomes interesting

Moan out of the way, 55 and ageing

Ah, just seen your post jack, It must be all that Spanish beer that's making you tired hope you get a good kip anyway. Its that dog again I'm afraid, PF is top rhs, and it always seems to be on trees for some reason!!

Hi Cliff you know its my favorite lens for the price, but in Spain the light is quite harsh but I don't seem to have the problem with PF maybe I have to look closer.
Jack.
I know you really like this lens Jack, cant understand why you don't get problems with PF could it possibly vary from lens to lens: I`ll have a look for a stock image that has bad PF and post in this thread for you to have a look at and see what you think.

Cheers

loskeran is right Scott, the PF on the Tamron is a pain especially with high contrast shots, I use PSPx2 which has a PF removal feature but it does not get rid of it all, also the autofocus tends to hunt quite a bit in low light
Having said that it can produce some great images, Cant comment on the Sigma or Pentax having never used them.
