Yes, the card door is a very cramped design. Ironically, this has been corrected on the diminutive Q, where the design is similar but the spacing is much better.
I'm not that bothered about the way the card can be a bit tricky to get out. If I push it in to unlatch it, and then let it 'ping' out, enough of the card emerges to grab on to easily enough.
It's the door itself I'm concerned about. One, it's not secure enough - it's come open a couple of times removing the camera from a bag. The previous design with a proper key was much more secure.
And two, the latch will wear over time, and become even less secure.

I actually agree strongly with the following...
The best way to get better Pentax products, ... is to demand better products and criticise mistakes.
SD card door is very poor, though, compared with the K10D and K20D, IMO.

Here is some of my Grunge photography
The latter are mostly themes that are so tired that as soon as the feeling hits it's replaced by 'oh no, not again' so quickly that the impact of the image is lost.
Whereas yours still have the incongruity, but aren't as obvious.

I am not sure that the word decent is what you had in mind.
But next time I'll use the 300mm, just for you.

Welcome f248. I'm almost certain your English is better than our Spanish, even those of us who live here.
Welcome F!
You might take a look at your signature, though - there's no such thing as a DA 18-50.
Maybe an 18-55, or 16-50.
Is the Spanish for leopard, leopardo, by any chance?

I must take you to task, George - it's impossible to tell from your picture whether the ladies in question are fit or not.
Don't you have any lenses of a decent focal length?

Chris is not being entirely serious, gentlemen.
I was wondering about the reference to etymology, overcomplicated myself severely wondering about the words drought and draught, in the context of the photo, and then realised that the etymological reference was to Brentford.
For an interest in etymology to have been any use in avoiding the beaching, one would have to have known about the ford at Brentford.
I guess the River Brent must be the connection there, since as George remarks, Brent is nowhere near Brentford (thank god).

Where is Brent?
Or was there a river Brent?
